Community Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a passionate Community Developer to act as a key connection between our studio and the game community, aiming to build strong relationships with players and collect their feedback to support our internal development decisions. The ideal candidate should have a proven experience in managing game communities and will work closely with developers and the marketing team to build up a large community of players for a great new IP.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and manage community strategy for our new IP;
  • Plan and execute initiatives to drive player engagement and grow the community;
  • Establish and nurture relationships with players, content creators and community influencers;
  • Work with our internal team and external agencies on content creation and production;
  • Manage post on social media channels such as Discord, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram;
  • Monitor social channels to analyze the state of the community and their wishes.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Significant experience in community management within the game industry;
  • Experience of building online communities for new game IP;
  • Deep understanding of communities for core gamers and related mechanisms;
  • Ability to accurately report and monitor feedback;
  • Outstanding communications skills (English).
NICE TO HAVE
  • Knowledge of graphic and video editing software;
  • Livestreaming experience, simultaneously playing whilst narrating;
  • An established network of connections with influencers and content creators;
  • Ability to work independently.
